Once an order has begun processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

How to Request a Cancellation

We will confirm whether your order is still eligible for cancellation. If cancellation is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.


2. Order Change / Edit Policy

If you need to correct or update something in your order, we are happy to help—as long as the order has not begun processing.

Changes We Can Make (Before Processing Begins)

Changes We Cannot Make (After Processing Begins)

Once your order is being prepared for shipment, the following cannot be changed:

  • Address (if label has been printed)

If your order has already shipped, no changes can be made. However, you may still return the product after receiving it under our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Tiletees is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • You may attempt to contact the carrier directly to intercept or reroute the package.


5. What If the Order Cannot Be Canceled?

If your order has already begun processing or has shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
However, you may:

  • Refuse the package upon delivery (it will be returned to us), or

  • Accept the package and then start a return request

6. Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved:

  • A full refund will be issued

  • Refunds go back to the original payment method

  • Processing may take 3–10 business days depending on your bank

Tiletees does not charge cancellation fees of any kind.
