1. Shipping Coverage

Tiletees.com proudly ships to all 50 U.S. states, including:

  • The 48 contiguous United States

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. All orders must be delivered to a valid U.S. residential, commercial, or P.O. Box address.


2. Order Processing & Handling Time

Every order goes through a detailed verification, quality check, and packing process before shipment.

Handling Time: 1 – 2 Business Days

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST may begin processing the next business day.

  • During peak seasons (such as holiday sales), processing may reach the upper limit of the 1-2 day timeframe.

We strive to maintain fast and consistent handling times to ensure your purchase arrives as soon as possible.


3. Shipping Time & Method

After the handling period, your order will be shipped via a reliable national carrier. Shipping times vary slightly depending on your location:

  • Midwest: Approx. 3–4 business days

  • East Coast: Approx. 3–5 business days

  • Alaska & Hawaii: Approx. 5 business days

Shipping time does not include the 1–2 day handling period.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the carrier scans the package.

  • Apartment, suite, or unit number (if applicable)

Tiletees is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

We will do our best to update the address before your order enters processing.


8. Shipping Restrictions

Tiletees does not ship:

  • Internationally

  • To U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.)

  • To military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) at this time

We are working toward expanding coverage in the future.


9. Multiple Items & Split Shipments

When ordering multiple products (hoodies, T-shirts, hats, bags), the items may be shipped together or separately depending on availability and warehouse processing conditions.

  • If a split shipment occurs, you will receive multiple tracking numbers.

  • You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments.


10. Delivery Issues & Resolutions

a. Delayed Deliveries

Weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or unexpected delays may occasionally extend delivery times. Although rare, such delays are beyond our control. We encourage checking your tracking link frequently.

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated window, contact us so we can assist.


b. Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows "Delivered" but the package is missing:

  1. Check your mailbox, porch, side door, back door, or designated delivery area.

  2. Ask neighbors or building management.

  • Take photos of the packaging and product

We will review and offer a replacement or alternative solution based on the situation.


11. Order Cancellation & Changes

Cancellations or changes can be requested within 2 hours of placing the order. After this timeframe, your order may already be in processing and cannot be modified.
