2. Orders
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our shop, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after completing your purchase.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes—within 1–2 hours after placing your order.
Once an order begins processing or ships, it cannot be changed or canceled.

I didn’t receive my order confirmation email. What should I do?
Check your spam/junk folder first.
If it’s not there, contact us and we’ll resend your confirmation.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can track the package in real time until delivery.

You may return your item within 60 days of delivery.
All returns are free—no fees, no hidden charges.
How do I start a return?
Email support@tiletees.com with your order number and the item you want to return. We will provide a prepaid return label.
What conditions must items meet to be eligible for a return?

How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?

What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

My package shows delivered but I can’t find it. What should I do?
